Globalization problem is too widely.
So Ｉ changed my mind! Ｉ recommend other international problem. Shall we discussed "ODA for China is good or bad?"
China is developing lapidly! China is becoming developed country. So China need ODA? Japan have to send ODA to China?
Ｉ am interested in ODA because Ｉ belong to international society course and to international corporate seminar (Professor. Kojimoto seminar).

Last class we don't discuss about politics.
We blong to international course.
So I think this topic is good.

If we debate this topic, I'm in favor of continuing ODA to China.
I think its good idea. China has various phases. It's interesting. And we probably have a store of information about China. Because We attended Shiromoto teacher's China class once.
OK, now you have to find information about Japanese ODA to China and how it serves Japan's perceived national interests. You will not only need to find hard facts about the nature and amount of Japanese ODA to China, you will have to think long and hard about how it serves Japanese national interests in China, and even about what Japan's natonal interests are.
I notice that Wikipedia has an article about internal passports, with a link that explains the registration system used in China.
They also have a more controversial article about Soviet nationalities policy.
