In the latter half of this movie, after Roxy was judged innocent, one woman shot one man and then she was arrested in front of the courthouse.
It was the sudden incident to me, therefore I do not understand why she killed him.
Is there anyone who knows the reason?

I don't think there was a reason, at least not one we know about. There are a lot of shootings in Chicago, then, now and all times in between. Lots of them are gang related (Chicago was and is famous for gangsters) but this one might have been just another lover's quarrel.
So, what was actually the scene for then? There must be sth they want to tell us..like example, Chicago people actualy don't really care about Roxie, just they are enjoying the news about actress being a killer or sth like that?
If no one can know the reason why a woman shot a man as Professor Philips said, I think Nabilah's opinion makes sense.
With that scene, we can know the situation in Chicago is changing very fast, I guess.
