I'm sorry to be late.I found this article from THE JAPAN TIMES.
It sais that women's earnings are still lower than men's one.
Especially in Japan, despite laws regulating fair pay and gender equality, social progress is still so slow.
I want to discuss what we or japan should do to make gender equality in Japan.

I think that it is hard for men or young people to notice imbalances between sexes. On the other hand, women tend to be sensitive about imbalances, I guess. Speaking about me, I know there are some imbalances around me, but I usually don't notice them. Since the article made me think more about gender equality, I consider other men should read it and think about it, too.
